- ➤ Today, the City of Jackson is offering two warming centers to help residents escape the freezing temperatures while city employees, volunteers & police officers work overnight to ensure safe shelter. WBBJ-TV
- ➤ The Jackson Fire Department fitted its trucks with chains for the first time in decades because snow, sleet, and potential freezing rain prompted the move. The department said it is ready to serve if weather conditions worsen. WBBJ-TV
