- ➤ Jackson-Madison County General Hospital maintained 24/7 operations amid dangerous winter road conditions from a weekend storm by offering sleep rooms for essential staff. Ground crews worked to salt and plow roads to help keep patients and visitors safe. WBBJ-TV
- ➤ Lifeline Blood Services urges local donors to help ease a critical blood shortage after winter storms forced the cancellation of 14 blood drives and reduced donation center hours; fixed centers in Jackson, Dyersburg, and Paris are open today (no appointment needed) as mobile drives are suspended due to unsafe roads.
