- ➤ During the Christmas break, South Side’s girls’ basketball team played in a holiday tournament in South Alabama. Senior Lady Hawk Aydison Dilworth drew local attention with her standout play on the court. The Jackson Post
- ➤ Tennessee coach Kim Caldwell recalled the storied Lady Vols-UConn rivalry that once energized local sports conversations while her team aims to regain elite form after a narrow upset last season.
