On Tuesday, TDOT answered drivers’ questions about potholes, explaining that water freezing in pavement cracks and heavy truck traffic worsen road damage.

Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti announced that states reached a $17.85 million settlement with Lannett and Bausch Health over price-fixing claims affecting generic drugs bought from May 1, 2009 to Dec.
