The Jackson Rotary Club honored Dr. Carol Rothstein as the 2025 Woman of the Year yesterday in recognition of her leadership and community service.

She has served as president of Jackson State Community College since Oct. 2023.

RIFA celebrated its 50th anniversary on Feb.
