Dr. Jerry Woods recalled his time at Rosenwald School in Malesus and seeing another at a family church event in Gibson County during his talk on Madison County's educational history yesterday, highlighting these schools' lasting role in local culture (a cherished community legacy).

Wellpoint Tennessee partnered with the Jackson-Madison County School System and community organizations to host the Winter Academy Workshop at Isaac Lane Elementary School in Jackson from 9 a.m. to noon, giving families resource information on student success, special education, and wellness (with fun activities, free food, and door prizes).
