- ➤ BlueOval SK is laying off 150 workers at their Stanton facility as the company shifts from making electric vehicles to gas — powered trucks. The change postpones truck production until 2029 while affected employees get pay and benefits for 60 days. WBBJ-TV

- ➤ Thirty-one women were honored at Jackson City Hall during Women’s History Month as the Influential Women of Jackson for 2026, including volunteers recognized for their work during January’s winter storms who received certificates for their service. WBBJ TV
