- ➤ Some Blue Oval City employees have moved into the new plant in Stanton this week—construction at the Blue Oval SK Battery Plant continues. Production will start later this year when customer orders and market demand allow. WNBJ 39

- ➤ A family has been searching for 37-year-old Sean Rhodes, who left Jackson-Madison County General Hospital at 2 p.m. on March 22 and has been missing since—he is 6’2”, 275 pounds, with dark brown hair and hazel eyes, was last seen wearing jeans, a dark Carhartt t-shirt and blue New Balance shoes while driving a dark blue Ford F150 pickup, and his mother said his disappearance is out of character and may be linked to a mental health crisis as Medina police investigate. - ➤ Jackson Police are seeking runaway 17-year-old Nicholai Meissner—missing since March 18—who was previously living in Clarksville. WBBJ-TV

- ➤ The Jackson Fire Department launched its new website today to share fire prevention tips and safety information with local residents. The site was developed with help from the Citizens Rescue Community Safety group to connect the community with essential safety details. WNBJ 39
- ➤ Jackson Regional Airport was named Tennessee’s Airport of the Year by state transportation agencies for its growth, safety improvements, and regional impact—earning the top spot among 79 public airports and now serving as a hub for flights connecting to Chicago and Atlanta. WNBJ 39
- ➤ State Sen. Brent Taylor said Friday he asked the Tennessee Supreme Court to form a disciplinary board to review the job performance of elected district attorneys similar to the board that oversees judges. He said the panel will first investigate allegations against three district attorneys and may later propose changes to state law to improve accountability. The Jackson Sun
