- ➤ The Ford Driving Skills program is helping teen drivers gain experience at Rockabilly Stadium today and tomorrow as they practice driving a Ford Mustang and learn handling techniques for risky situations. Ford Philanthropy and the Governor’s Highway Safety Association host three sessions each day starting at 8 a.m. for participants with a valid permit or license. WBBJ TV
- ➤ A special ceremony hosted Saturday by the local DAR and TNSSAR honored Vietnam War veterans and their family members in Jackson—veterans received commemorative lapel pins and Certificates of Honor. A signed proclamation declared March 29 as Vietnam Veterans Day in Jackson. WYN 106.9
- ➤ The annual Misfit Market Expo took place at Jackson Fairgrounds Park on Saturday with local vendors selling odd items and food trucks serving various foods, and today the expo continues with doors open from 10 until 5 for those planning to drop by. WYN 106.9

- ➤ Hub City Theatre Company debuted its production of Shakespeare’s 'The Comedy of Errors' at Rotary Park near the Jackson-Madison County Library on March 28th—set in a 1920s mountain town—to make the play clear and accessible, and will perform again today at 3:00 p.m. and on April 4th, 5th, and 6th—under the direction of Isabella Gray. - ➤ Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti alerted 23andMe customers today that they may delete their genetic data and have their DNA samples destroyed following the company’s bankruptcy filing on Sunday — the firm plans to sell most of its assets, including personal information; he advised consumers to follow the instructions on the state website to safeguard their privacy.
