- ➤ Jackson Perkins in Jackson is hosting a raffle & collecting donations in tip jars to support Give Kids the World until 9 p.m. today and tomorrow. The restaurant ranks third nationally out of over 300 Perkins locations as it works to boost local donations. WBBJ-TV
- ➤ City officials said new restrooms are complete at Shirlene Mercer Park and Stella Duncan Park but will remain closed pending final inspections (state-funded by a grant) as part of efforts to improve park access. WNBJ 39

- ➤ Gas prices across Tennessee rose by 3 cents this week, with the state average now at $3.88 and Jackson at $3.90. Prices have climbed over $1 since early March, adding about $20 to a 15-gallon fill as crude oil market volatility continues. WBBJ-TV
