  • Today, Tennessee lawmakers approved a bill that would let people with felony convictions restore voting rights separately from gun rights — a change from the current linked process. The bill still needs a judge’s approval and requires certified records and fees — though serious crimes will keep some permanently from voting.  WYN 106.9
