- ➤ The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said a 23-year-old woman, Dearrah Sanders, got another charge as an accessory after the fact in the Drummond investigation—she is held in Madison County Jail without bond after a grand jury indicted her on September 2. WBBJ-TV
- ➤ A Madison County grand jury indicted two additional individuals — Michell Araceli Ovelis and Erik Jermain Wise Jr. — on accessory after the fact charges for helping Austin Drummond avoid arrest in connection with Lake County homicides after his capture in Jackson on August 5. WBBJ-TV
