- ➤ Two local fraternal organizations held a fellowship meeting at St. John's Lodge 332 and Eastern Star Fellowship Jackson Chapter 85 at 1341 N Highland Avenue in Jackson on Sunday evening. - ➤ Local residents honored the 10th anniversary of Eric Jackson, Jr.—who lost his life to gun violence on September 20—by holding a Community Fun Day with free food, face painting, games, and a petting zoo that brought families, friends, and neighbors together. WBBJ-TV
- ➤ Gospel Light Baptist Church hosted its first Sportsman Sunday at 627 Boone Lane in Jackson on Sunday.
